This suspension Micro Workout is designed to target your lats and make sure they are working super hard in all pull-chain exercises.
Perform 3 sets (or as many as you feel is sufficient) of 10 reps for lat rows and suspension low lat rows. Be sure to tuck your arms in as tight to your sides as possible and pack your shoulders down away from your ears.
