Pistachio Tiramisu Recipe
✨ Ingredients:
200g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
200ml coffee (cooled)
4 egg yolks
100g sugar
300g mascarpone
100g pistachio sweet paste
Pistachio granules (for topping)
🔥 Step-by-Step Instructions:
1️⃣ Egg Pasteurization:
Place the egg yolks and sugar in a heatproof bowl.
Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water (bain-marie). Ensure the water does not touch the bowl.
Whisk continuously with an electric mixer until the mixture reaches 82-84°C (180-183°F) and thickens
2️⃣ Prepare the Cream:
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add mascarpone and pistachio paste, mixing until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Tiramisu:
Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee and place them in a single layer in a dish.
Spread a layer of pistachio mascarpone
Sprinkle with pistachio granules.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream and mo# re pistachio granules on top.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (best overnight).
Serve chilled and enjoy!
