No-Oven Pina Colada Crème Brûlée in a Pineapple –Tropical & Creamy!

This Pina Colada Crème Brûlée is a tropical twist on a classic dessert — and you don't even need an oven!
Creamy, fruity, and served inside a pineapple, it's the perfect no-bake showstopper for summer.
Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple
3 egg yolks
150 g sugar (plus extra for brûlée topping)
3 tbsp cornstarch
150 ml heavy cream
1 shot of rum
Instructions:
1. Slice the pineapple in half and scoop out the flesh.
2. Blend the pineapple flesh until smooth (strain if needed).
3. In a saucepan, mix blended pineapple, egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, rum, and cream.
4. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
5. Pour the custard back into the hollowed-out pineapple halves.
6. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
7. Sprinkle sugar on top and torch it until golden and caramelized.
