Brioche cake: how to make it soft and fragrant in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg 50g (3 tbsp) sugar 7g (2 tsp) dry yeast 125ml (½ cup) milk 250g (2 cups) flour 2g (½ tsp) salt 30g (2 tbsp) butter Melted butter Egg wash
METHOD
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, yeast, and milk. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Add butter and knead well. Leave to rest for 60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and coat with butter.
Arrange the dough on top of each other. Cut the dough and make a brioche.
Leave to rest for another 50 minutes.
Coat the brioche with egg wash.
Bake at 340°F/170°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
