In this video, I'm going through a full-body club flow workout that blends strength, mobility, and co-ordination all in one.
I’ll be working with the Maverick Torque Pro for 3 rounds of 5 minutes, resting 60 to 90 seconds between rounds.
That’s 15 minutes of work total, and with a bit of rest in between, so the whole workout should take you about 17-18 minutes from start to finish.
It’s a flowing sequence that moves through all 3 planes of motion and hits everything from your lower body to your upper body and your grip.
Here are the exercises:
✅ Order Squat
✅ Arm Cast
✅ Shield Cast
✅ Side Swing
✅ Reverse Mill Switch
✅ Mill
Repeat
Cycle through the exercises for the full 5 minutes, keeping the movement continuous and controlled.
