Monday - 5 mile run
Tuesday - 70 min cycle
Wednesday - 3 x 400 yards Zone 3
Thursday - Rest
Friday - WU 300 easy. Main 3×400 @ RPE 4–5 with :30 rest. Secondary 6×50 moderate with :15 rest. CD 200 easy.
Saturday - Brick 1:45:00 Bike 15 min run
Sunday - Rest
