Females: Rx: 24kg - Scaled: 20kg - Modified: 16kg
10 Swings Before Every Round!

Bent Rows (Each: 10/10, 8/8...)
Goblet Squats (All the way down & up ;)
Pull Thrus (Total)
Execution:
Perform 10 reps of each move then 8 6 and so on down to 2 then work your way back up the ladder until you’re finished!
Be sure to record your time + what KB you use
