My fav series has to be the side lying glutes because you are lying down and the burn is real! You can even watch tv whilst doing these movements - bonus!
No equipment needed except optional pillow to support the neck.
This Pilates workout consists of 6 exercises that hits all angles of your glutes to tone and round the booty. Complete once through or press replay for a 2nd round for that extra sculpt.
