An interval workout that is aimed at your small hip stabilising muscles to improve pelvic stability, hip and gluteal strength.
This Pilates workout involves 6 exercises. Each exercise is 1 min long with a 15 sec rest - with pulses at the 45 sec mark. We repeat on both sides.
HOT TIP: If you want a deeper burn I recommend doing this video 2 times through so you would have completed 2 reps of each exercise on each leg. Just replay the video :)
Even though this is time based please DO NOT RUSH THROUGH IT - control each movement to keep form. This is far more effective than smashing out as many reps as you can in 1 min. Make sure to listen to your body and take the beginner options if you need them.
