🧂 INGREDIENTS

🐔 Main
Chicken – 1 kg

🌶️ First Marination
Salt – taste ke hisaab se
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1½ tbsp

🥣 Second Marination
Hung curd – ½ cup
Salt – thoda sa
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
Kala namak – pinch
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Besan – 1 tbsp

🧈 For Cooking
Butter / oil – brushing ke liye

🌿 Serving
Green chutney
Onion rings
Lemon wedges

👨‍🍳 METHOD (EASY + PRACTICAL)
1. Chicken ko clean karke first marination karo (salt + lemon juice + Kashmiri chilli).

2. Minimum 1 hour rest do (overnight best).

3. Second marination ke sab ingredients mix karke smooth batter bana lo.

4. Batter chicken par apply karo aur 15–20 min rest do.

5. Pan / oven / air fryer mein chicken cook karo aur butter/oil brush karte raho.

6. End mein direct flame ya high heat se light char marks laakar smoky flavour do.
