This workout is focused on building chest strength and endurance using basic, effective exercises. No fake poses, no exaggeration — just real training with real form.
Workout Plan (Chest Day 7):
➡️ Incline Bench Press – 3 sets × max reps
➡️ Pec Dec Fly – 3 sets × max reps
➡️ Decline Bench Press – 3 sets × max reps
➡️ Push-Ups – 3 sets × max reps
