Ok I can’t actually pick one single drill, but this hip CAR does give a ton of bang for your buck!
Happy hips will allow you to lift more weight if that’s your thing.
Your back pain could possibly be caused by unhappy hips (definitely not the only reason, please get an assessment for that)
Daily movement is more pleasant when your hips aren’t complaining constantly.
This hip CAR is a non negotiable in my warm ups and mobility practices. I prefer side lying over table top because 1️⃣ I’m lazy and want to conserve my energy, and 2️⃣ I have more awareness as to how much the hips & pelvis want to move during the drill (and they shouldn’t be moving!)
