I made this customization/upgrade in April 2023, but I'm only now getting around to editing and uploading the video!
My Decathlon handlebar bag kept dropping down. While this was actually helpful for avoiding wind resistance, it made it impossible to fit all my essential items inside with the stock Velcro straps.
To fix this, I stitched additional Velcro straps to the sides of the bag for extra support. This simple addition made the bag much more stable and allowed me to carry everything I needed.
