Описание: Hi Everyone! Join me for this 21 minute One on One Cardio, Leg and Core Workout with a Stability Ball. Please be sure to do a three-minute warm-up before participating in this workout. Here’s what is going to happen: Using your ball, you’ll alternate between cardio moves and standing leg exercises. After that, you’ll move onto your core exercises on the ball. Equipment needed: A stability ball and an optional fitness mat for floor-based core work. If you don’t have a ball, I’ll show you how to do the workout without one. Movement is all that matters!
