Описание: Enjoy this 20 minute One on One Strong and Sweaty workout with me. Please be sure to do your own three-minute warm-up before participating in this workout. Here’s what’s going to happen: Two rounds of 8 exercises and then we repeat it all over again. All you need is a set of light dumbbells. If you don’t have any weights at home just try following along with me using no weight. I promise you will still get an overall great workout. Movement is key 🙌🏻💦 .......👉🏻BTW, sorry about the shaky camera on the first exercise, I discovered it after the fact and while I’ll fix it for future workouts, I was not about to redo that workout 😳.....🤣
