What a combo!!! We are spicing up the shoulder and abs in this 20 minute at home dumbbell workout!
The only equipment you need for this strength session will be dumbbells, remember to pick a weight that will challenge you, and your mat for some floor work!
The first round of this workout will target the front, medial, and lateral deltoid muscles to help strengthen and define your shoulders! We will finish up with round 2 where we work the abs and obliques!
This shoulders and abs workout is part of our REBEL Program! REBEL is an 8-week cycling and strength workout program structured to build a stronger body and mind!
