Welcome to RE:START - my 4-week return-to-training program for anyone coming back after a break, for any reason. Of course, it's great for continuing fitness journey - simply pick up the preferred weights.

Today’s workout: BACK ONLINE 🔋 | 30-Min Leg Day
This session is all about rebuilding strength with smart, effective work: controlled tempo, simple “flavor” variations, and a strong finish - no HIIT, just solid training that feels good to follow.
RE:START Program (4 weeks):
✅ 3 workouts per week
✅ 1 Leg Day + 1 Upper Body + 1 Full Body
✅ 30 minutes work time (cool-down included at the end of the video)
✅ Basic movements, clear structure, real results
✅ Designed to rebuild consistency, strength, and confidence
What you’ll need:
Dumbbells (light + moderate)
Yoga block (or books)
Heavy resistance band (for bridges)
Optional sliders (or socks on a smooth floor)
Today’s plan (30 min):
Paused reverse lunges
Staggered squat
Rear step lunges
Glute bridges
Single-leg RDL
Slider rollout
