Shadow Indigenous Australians Minister Jacinta Nampijinpa Price says she wants to “help” and “rebuild” the Liberal Party.
“This is actually something I wanted to do when I was first elected, but there were some that were preventing me from doing so,” Ms Price told Sky News Australia.
“We’re faced with a crisis, and me feeling inside like a Liberal, I wanted to make that step.
“I want to be effective, I want to help, I want to support, I want to rebuild.”
