Описание: This full 60-minute adaptive yoga for all bodies yoga class is designed to be an accessible, open, and compassionate practice for all bodies. With a special focus on allowing time to arrive in each yoga shape, Heather offers a range of adaptations you can make to allow practice to be more accessible for you. In an effort to feel brighter, bring body and mind together, and allow for a delightful day's practice.

Expect an integrated practice of guided breathwork, therapeutic repetition, intentional yoga asana to bring warmth and build strength, as well as encouragement to assist you in the process of practicing yoga off the mat and into your daily life.
