A 15-minute exercise routine to strengthen kids' core, without repetitions, which means they'll do a different exercise each moment of the training!!
We know that the core is the part of the body composed by the muscles of the lumbar spine, abdomen and hips and that it's responsible for maintaining body's balance and stabilty, therefore, a stronger core will help the little ones to move properly and safely. This routine is a combination of standing and mat exercises that mobilize multiple muscles at the same time, thus compeling kids to engage their core, which will strengthen it a lot.
