The Workout:
Warm-Up:
Squat Row Combo
Forward lunge with Y Fly
5 Minute EMOM:
1. 20 x TRX Squat Jumps
2. 10 x Rip Lunge Row on each side
3. 10 x TRX Banded Push-Ups
4. 15 x TRX Banded Hip Press
5. 10 x Rip Samuri Strike Each Side
REPEAT
Cool Down:
TRX ½ kneeling hip flexor stretch (each side)
