Описание: November 14-16, 1965. Landing Zone X-Ray. 400 American soldiers from the 7th Cavalry face 2,000 North Vietnamese regulars in the first major battle of the Vietnam War. Lieutenant Colonel Hal Moore's 1st Battalion fights for 72 hours, surrounded and outnumbered 5-to-1. 159 Americans killed, 124 wounded. Over 800 NVA dead. The battle that proved helicopter warfare could work—and that Vietnam would be hell. This is the story of We Were Soldiers.
