So, I love beef jerky and wanted to try making my own. The ones in the store are just too expensive and are full of terrible additives. To make that happen I bought this Hamilton Beach food dehydrator. We wanted to try some simple recipes and get the know the unit before we jumped into the jerky ring, so here is our third use of the device with a simple recipe - Candied Lemon!
We are hoping that this can become a tasty hobby and are looking forward to trying a bunch of different recipes for marinades and other things. We look forward to sharing our experience with you!!
