Episode 1 - Basic Beef Jerky
Finally!! I get to try making jerky in my new dehydrator! Follow along as I make my first attempt at making jerky. I am going to turn this into a series because I have a whole bunch of recipes that I am going to try and I'll be happy to share them all with you :D
Here is the recipe for the marinade in this episode:
This is per pound of meat -
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
