Описание: Join me for a 30 minute full body home workout that will get your blood pumping, muscle moving and your body working.

This no equipment workout can be done anywhere, it has no jumping so its a low impact and apartment friendly. It includes a quick warm up and cool down to help prepare and recover your muscles.

This workout is my longest I have ever uploaded to my channel. It includes 2 rounds of 3 sets, each set has 5 exercises in it. You work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.

IMPORTANT - You need to work as hard as you can for 40 seconds then let your body recover in the 20 seconds rest. Go at your own pace as mine may be too quick or slow for you, its easily adaptable, making this video great for all abilities.
