This is the third video in my chakra healing series, and I am very grateful to share it with you here.

This music can be used for daily meditation or sleeping, with or without headphones. If using headphones, I recommend listening at a lower volume or whatever is comfortable for you.

Instruments used in this video include crystal bowls, shamanic flutes, etheric voices, and jungle sounds.

The individual instruments used in this video have been tuned to the 432Hz scale, with an emphasis on the solar plexus chakra which resonates with 324Hz on this scale.


✨About 324Hz frequency
The solar plexus chakra (or manipura) is found just above the navel, and resonates with the mental body layer of the aura. It is responsible for our sense of self, personal confidence, personal power, courage, our gut feeling or intuition. It resonates with the sun’s energy and is a powerful part of our energy chakra system.

When the solar plexus chakra is out of balance, we may experience low self-esteem, poor digestion, victim mentality, unable to take responsibility, poor sense of self, weakened will power, fear of being hurt by others, fear of speaking out, lack of gut feeling and guidance, lack of courage.

Bringing the solar plexus chakra back into balance can help to alleviate these issues, bringing about miraculous healing, and positive change.
