🟢About this video
This is the fourth video in my chakra healing series, and I am very grateful to share it with you here.

This music can be used for daily meditation or sleeping, with or without headphones. If using headphones, I recommend listening at a lower volume or whatever is comfortable for you.

Instruments used in this video include crystal bowls, shamanic flutes, etheric voices, water and jungle sounds.

The individual instruments used in this video have been tuned to the 432Hz scale, with an emphasis on the heart chakra which resonates with 343Hz on this scale.


✨About 343Hz frequency
The heart chakra (or anahata) is found in the centre of the chest, and resonates with the astral body layer of the aura. It is responsible for our empathy, unconditional love and compassion. It allows for us to astral travel through the inner universe to other dimensions and planes.

Its activation is an early part of the spiritual journey and allows for us to travel upwards to the higher inner gateways and planes.

When the heart chakra is closed off, we experience lack of empathy, lack of compassion, lack of love, disconnect from others as well as disconnect from our place in the universe and on this Earth plane.

When the heart chakra is too open, we experience feelings of hopelessness by connecting with too much suffering and pain of others and animals. We can experience poverty due to giving too much money away, and lack of energy from giving too much energy to others, or even feelings of mania and God Complex from wanting to save others, and not being able to protect our own energy.

Bringing the heart chakra back into balance can help to find a balance between giving and receiving, love and discernment, give and take. It allows for compassion and empathy in a balanced manner without detriment to the self.
