This is the second video in my chakra healing series, and I am very grateful to share it with you here.

This music can be used for daily meditation or sleeping, with or without headphones. If using headphones, I recommend listening at a lower volume or whatever is comfortable for you.

Instruments used in this video include crystal bowls, shamanic flutes, etheric voices, and jungle sounds.

The individual instruments used in this video have been tuned to the 432Hz scale, with an emphasis on the sacral chakra which vibrates at 285Hz on this scale.


✨About 285Hz frequency
285Hz resonates with our sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is found just below the naval, between the naval and the genitals. It is responsible for sexual health, emotional health, sensuality, creativity, and fantasies.

When the sacral chakra is out of balance, we may experience sexual health issues, kidney problems, urinary and bladder issues, poor sexual habits, feelings of fear in relation to secrets, fear of being "found out."

Bringing the sacral chakra back into balance can help to alleviate these issues, bringing about miraculous healing, and positive change.
