Описание: The society has offended the children and made them wild says KYOMUGISHA MARY a PROBATION AND WELFARE OFFICER at Naguru remand home Kampala.
This has led to the increase of Juvenile delinquents in Uganda especially in the urban and Peri-urban areas.
In an effort to rehabilitate the juvenile offenders and curb the problem the remand home is partnering with a group of young men and women from the institute of national transformation.
