Описание: The State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahara, has emphasized the need to change the name and perception of the Naguru Remand Home if the government aims to continue effectively rehabilitating children. He pointed out that the current label of “inmates” creates a negative image, deterring many from seeking the center’s support. Balaam, who visited the children at the facility this Wednesday, heard numerous reports of prolonged detention from the residents.
