One meal a day the OMAD diet is hands down the most powerful intermittent fasting tool that exist today. In a past video I explain why I believe this regimen is powerful in this video I break down the efficiency of of this intermittent fasting protocol. Although I do the warrior diet, no one respects OMAD one meal a day more than I do. It is the best for pushing your fasting benefits (Weight loss etc.) as far as possible while still consuming nutrients every day. Enjoy
