✅Straddle to 90/90
✅Adductor Cat-Cow
✅Low Lunge Twists
📋For today's work:
✅ No equipment
✅ 50s work/15s rest
✅ Move with control, keeping intensity around 6/10
✅ Feel free to repeat 2–3 rounds if you like, or just stick to one round
