Recipe:
5 lbs lamb meat at 25-30% fat content
1 cup bread crumb
1 small to medium onion
2-1/2 to 3 Tbsp salt
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp ground coriander
2 Tbsp paprika or aleppo chili flake
1 Tbsp garam masala
½ - 1 tsp cinnamon
2 Fistfuls of chopped fresh parsley and mint(about a cup)
1 cup water or milk
1 kg lamb meat at 25-30% fat content
50g bread crumb
100g onion
20g salt
7g garlic
2g ground cumin
2.5g ground coriander
7g paprika or aleppo chili flake
2.5g garam masala
.5g cinnamon
Fistful of chopped fresh parsley and mint
