Описание: 🦀 🌙 Welcome to the first Full Moon Guided Meditation of 2023 in the sign Cancer. This is a guided full moon meditation with a Heart Chakra release. This month’s full moon is also known as the Wolf Moon. We also have both Mars and Mercury in retrograde at this time.

Full moons — which happen when the sun exactly opposes the intuitive moon — are culmination points, breaking points, and a chance to release anything that's no longer serving you. And with this month's full moon falling in Cancer, you’ll do well to tune into your intuition, focus on your emotional needs, and explore how some of your closest and oldest attachments — especially to loved ones — are helping or hindering your growth and balance.

Cancer full moons present a period in which we can take a step back and ensure that our heads are in sync with our hearts. In today’s meditation, we will spend time with the nurturing heart energy and balance the heart chakra. So with that intention, lets begin.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
