Описание: This is a great way to mobilize and loosen up the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms. You can place a pillow under your head for improved comfort and remember to just move comfortably and slowly, no pain necessary. You can also just do part of the circle, if it is too hard to go all the way around. This works well as a morning warm up and loosen up, often makes you breathe easier, and stand taller. Also a great movement to do on a break from sitting whether working at home or an office. An office? Won't people think I am weird? Perhaps! Have them join you!
