Fish Filet (this video featured grouper)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Grill at 500 for approx. 6 minutes per side.
We used our Grill Grates upside down for a nice full sear.
Spritz with a little lemon juice and enjoy!
Broccoli Salad:
Broccoli
Mayonnaise
Sugar
Red Onion chopped
Tomato chopped
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
