This crispy chicken wrap combines juicy air fryer chicken, a creamy beet & chickpea spread, ripe avocado and fresh greens — all wrapped in thin lavash and grilled until golden.

🥗 Brief Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Salt, pepper, favorite spices
Pre-cooked beetroot
Canned chickpeas (drained)
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Avocado
Arugula (or greens of choice)
High-protein cream cheese
Lavash or any wrap
Method:
Season chicken and let it sit briefly.
Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 14 minutes.
Blend beetroot, chickpeas, vinegar/lemon, salt and pepper until smooth.
Spread cream cheese on the wrap.
Add beet spread, chicken, avocado and greens.
Roll tightly and grill until crispy.
Slice and enjoy
