The human body poops best in a squat-like position! Many toilets place your body in an upright seated posture, which is not ideal for your pelvic floor muscles to be able to relax to allow your bowel movement to occur! By using a Squatty Potty or a footstool, you are actually propping your feet up into a position that mimics a deep squat. This is how we should all try to poop!
Pooping with a Squatty Potty will especially help you if you deal with:
