Thank you for joining me for Lower Body Strength Day. Please get ready a few sets of dumbbells and a block or wedges. This is an interval workout so move at your own pace and with good form.

Curtsey Lunge Right
Curtsey Lunge Left
Sumo Squats
Lateral Lunge Right
Lateral Lunge Left
Heel Elevated Squats
1.5 Goblet Squats
1/2 Goblet Squats
