This is a gentle, feel good yoga flow meant to help calm the nervous system while still letting your body move and release energy. The movement is soft and fluid, with a relaxed pace that feels nourishing rather than demanding.
The practice includes minimal standing and focuses on moving in a way that feels natural and supportive. It is a chance to stretch, flow, and check in with your body without pushing or straining. The intention is to feel a little more open, a little more settled, and a little more at ease by the end.
This 25 minute practice works well in the evening or anytime you want to move gently, reset your energy, and feel grounded without overdoing it.
