This gentle evening yoga flow is designed to help you unwind from the day and calm a busy mind. The practice stays low to the ground, slow movements that encourage relaxation and steady breathing.
We will move through a soft, mindful flow spending a lot of time on the belly including postures like sphinx, half frog, and gentle child's pose and cobra flow. There are no standing poses in this class, making it a supportive option if you are feeling tired, overstimulated, or ready to slow down.
The focus is on relaxing and settling into each posture without rushing. This practice is meant to feel grounding and relaxing, helping you transition out of the day and into a calmer evening.
What to expect:
• Gentle, low to the ground movement

• Slow, breath focused flow
• Relaxing postures
• A calm, supportive pace
