Ingredients you need
1 1/2 cup moth daal
1/2 cup chopped onion
Almost 1 cup chopped tomatoes (about 2 large roma tomatoes)
2 tsp ground ginger garlic
2 green chili, chopped
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
3 cups water
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp desi ghee (or coconut oil for vegan option)
1-2 garlic, chopped
2-3 whole red chilies
