Humanities Guåhan partnered with Guam International Film Festival (GIFF) to present a Filmmakers Roundtable, with filmmakers Don and Kel Muña, Cara Flores Mays, Bernadette Provido Schumann, Clynt Ridgell, Raphael Unpingco, and Michael Lujan Bevacqua. The event took place on Saturday, October 29 at the Agana Shopping Center, Guam. The event was also the closing reception for the exhibit, Art + Journalism - Manny Crisostomo, 40 Years of Images. Discussion focused on the importance between educational and documentary filmmaking and local news literacy and investigative journalism.
