This practice is designed to prime your body for movement and help prevent injury before a workout. Just 9 minutes of targeted mobility can improve joint range, awaken tight muscles, and prepare your body for strength or cardio training.
No props needed!
What you will do:
• Circle out neck and shoulders
• Move spine in every plane
• Open through hips
• Gradually add weight on joints
• Stretch hands and feet
• Finish standing and strong
