Описание: Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a series of songs. Today's style of workout is a 5000 Steps BLACKPINK VS. TWICE Cardio HIIT Beat + Body Sculpting Beat Workout. In this workout, you will first do cardio portion followed by a weight training portion. You will also be using different sets of dumbbells. I am using a pair of lighter dumbbells (5 pounds) for faster paced routines and heavier (8 pounds & up) for medium paced routines. So get ready to be challenged and have so much fun!

(size 3-5 pounds for faster paced routines and size 8 pounds and up for medium paced routines)

Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.

*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
