Описание: Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of inclusive accessible workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today's workout is an arms and abs where I will be guiding you through verbal cues. We will begin with a warmup and work our way through a series of upper body weight routines and ab routines. We will then end with a cool down and mat stretch. You will be challenged and sweating for sure!

As this channel aims to be as inclusive as possible, there will be a triple screen that shows chair, low and high impact at the same time so please do what is best for you and take breaks as needed. Now get ready...your time is about to FLY by!!

Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.

*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
