Описание: Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today's style of workout is a 1 HOUR STRENGTH TO THE BEAT WORKOUT to mixed music genres. You will be challenged by using various dumbbells to the beat in each song. This session contains routines using lighter and heavier dumbbells for a total body workout. As always, there will be a low impact option if needed. Get ready, because this is the best way to burn calories and build lean muscle!

We will begin with a warmup and then complete several weight routines. Size 5-8 pound dumbbells are suggested for our upper body dominate weight routines and size 12 and up is suggested for our lower body dominate weight routines. You will be challenged and sweating for sure! Please do what is best for you and take breaks as needed. Now get ready...your time is about to FLY by!!

Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.

*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
