Welcome to *Food N Bake by Antoine Pisan**! In this video, I’ll teach you how to make *real Turkish Sourdough Pide from scratch. This traditional flatbread is airy, chewy, and perfect for dipping or wrapping — and it's made using only sourdough starter (no commercial yeast)!
With my easy-to-follow method, you’ll be baking like a pro in no time.

🌿 *Ingredients:*
205g Bread Flour
205g 00 Flour
245g Water
50g Active Sourdough Starter
13g Salt
5g Sugar
Optional: 1 tbsp Olive Oil

👨🍳 *Instructions:*
1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 15–20 minutes.
2. Bulk ferment in fridge for 24 hours.
3. Bring to room temp for 1 hour.
4. Divide dough into 4 pieces.
5. Shape into oval/round flatbreads.
6. Proof 4–6 hours until doubled.
7. Add your favorite toppings.
8. Bake:
**Outdoor Oven**: 400°C (750°F) for 2 mins
**Home Oven**: 220°C (430°F) for 20–25 mins
