Ingredients 🍲:
1 cup oats 🌾
½ cup wheat flour (optional) 🌾
½ cup ghee 🧈
½ cup sugar or jaggery 🍯
¼ cup almonds, chopped 🌰
¼ cup cashews, chopped 🌰
2 tbsp raisins 🍇
½ tsp cardamom powder 🌿
Step-by-step method 👇:
Dry roast oats 🌾 in a pan for 5–6 minutes until light golden
Heat ghee 🧈 in a pan and roast almonds, cashews 🌰 and raisins 🍇 until aromatic
Add roasted oats and wheat flour (if using) 🌾 and mix well
Add sugar or jaggery 🍯 and cardamom powder 🌿, stir continuously
Cook for 3–4 minutes on low flame until mixture combines
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly
Store in an airtight container or serve warm as a healthy snack 🍽️
