GESTOOFD TAYERBLAD. STIR FRY TAYERBLAD.
INGREDIENTS:
2 bunches tayerblad
½ onion
2 garlic cloves
2 vegetable cubes
PREPARATION:
Remove the leaves from the stem.
Clean the stem, wash and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the leaves, drain and cut small.
Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the tayerblad stem first.
Check the softness.
Add the leaves and cover.
Add the vegetable cubes, mix and let simmer till soft.
